Product Description
The MIC600 combines multi channel gas sensing, industrial signal transmission and local display functions in a rugged fixed monitoring platform.
Users can configure one to six target gases according to workplace hazards or process requirements. Available configurations cover toxic gases, oxygen, carbon dioxide, combustible gases and TVOCs, with more than 500 gas options supported.
The detector uses different sensor technologies according to the selected gas. Available principles include electrochemical sensing, catalytic combustion, infrared measurement, thermal conductivity and PID photoionization.
Measured concentrations can be viewed directly on the integrated color screen or transmitted to external control systems through standard communication interfaces.

Optional Pretreatment Systems
For demanding sample conditions, the MIC600 can be combined with:
- Room temperature high humidity pretreatment
- High temperature high humidity pretreatment
- High temperature high humidity high dust pretreatment
Optional temperature measurement covers minus 40 degrees C to plus 120 degrees C with stated accuracy of 0.3 degrees C, while optional humidity measurement covers 0 to 100 percent RH with 3 percent RH accuracy.
Installation Options
Available accessories include wall mounting brackets, pipe clamps, threaded welding seats, pipeline flanges, rain covers, sampling pumps, vacuum pumps, pressure reducing valves and flow meters.
The source specifies approximately 10 meters sampling distance for the standard pump and more than 40 meters when using the optional vacuum pump.
