OVERVIEW

 

Lyo D30 Pilot Freeze Dryer Freeze drying technology, also known as low-temperature vacuum drying technology, is widely used in pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries. Freeze dryer is one of the core equipments of freeze drying process, which is used to dry materials by freezing them at low temperature and then converting the moisture directly into gaseous state under high vacuum environment.

 

Adopt silicone oil heat conduction to ensure the temperature is consistent in each layer of partition and each point of the partition, with high precision of temperature control. Adopt high transparent organic glass door plate, convenient to observe the freeze-drying process. The electric control system is powerful, not only can set the freeze-drying process, but also can be equipped with PLC control system to achieve eutectic point test, remote control and other functions.

WORKING PRINCIPLE 

 

The working principle of the pilot-type lyophiliser is the same as that of the production-type lyophiliser, which is mainly divided into three phases: pre-cooling phase, vacuum drying phase and rewarming phase. Firstly, in the pre-cooling stage, the material is placed in a container and frozen by the refrigeration system so that the material reaches a temperature below freezing point and forms ice crystals. Then, in the vacuum drying stage, a vacuum system is activated and reduces the ambient pressure, converting the ice crystals directly into water vapour, which is collected by a condenser and discharged from the system. Later, in the rewarming stage, the heating system is activated to return the material to ambient temperature by heating the vessel.

 

APPLICATION

 

The pilot lyophiliser is widely used in biopharmaceutical, medical and food industries. For example, in the production of biological products such as BCG vaccine, influenza vaccine, measles vaccine, influenza vaccine, etc.; the production of antibiotics in the production of Western medicine, circulatory organs with drugs. In the medical field, freeze-drying technology can be used for long-term preservation of blood, arteries, bones, skin, cornea and nerve tissue and other organs.
