HiYi Fixed Gas Detector Online Monitoring 32 Channel Gas Alarm Controller

The Model MIC2000 is a highly capable, user-friendly controller ideal for centralizing display and alarm functions in critical multipoint monitoring applications. It features a large color LCD display, non-intrusive operation, data logging, and numerous communication options including wireless.

The controller provides simultaneous display and alarm functions for up to 32 input channels. Display modes and I/O modules are arranged in groups of 1 for expandability in configurations from 1 up to 8 channels.
The Model MIC2000 controller is available in four enclosures to meet the requirements of a range of application requirements.

1. Graphic Backlit LCD Display

• 3.5-inch Hd color screen display, Chinese and English operation interface, default Chinese interface, user operation is easy to understand, Chinese and English can be switched.
• Three display modes can be switched: each screen displays the concentration of 6 channels, the system circulation shows the concentration of a single channel, and the real-time curve. The automatic or manual circulation between each channel can be switched.
• It can connect various gas detectors, temperature and humidity transmitters, pressure transmitters, wind speed transmitters, dust detectors and other 4-20mA signals.
• Units available: PPM, LEL%, Vol%, mg/m3, mg/m3, PPHM, ℃, RH%, Pa, kg, PSI, m/s.

2. Modular Structure Design

• Modular structure design, the standard channel is 1 way (up to 32 ways) 4-20mA input signal, at the same time can be connected to 255 ways RS485 input signal, more channel input signal can be customized, the controller and the controller can communicate with each other, with zero point and target point calibration function, display accuracy can reach more than 0.1%FS.

3. Data Recording

• The controller has the function of data recording, the standard capacity is 100,000, the storage interval can be set arbitrarily, the time, concentration value, alarm information, etc.
• It can be set to record the real-time concentration or only record the alarm information, the default setting is to only record the alarm information.
• The controller has the function of record viewing, which can view all records on the screen, records within a certain period of time, and only the alarm records.
• Support SD card or USB storage, support to view all records locally, selective view records, delete records.

4. Remote Transmission

• The remote transmission function : the controller can upload the real-time concentration through cable (2000 meters) or optional transmission function: network transmission or wireless transmission function(2 km, 5 km, unlimited distance is optional), and through 2 core cable, LAN, Internet or wireless transmission to the monitoring center, environmental protection bureau and other monitoring devices, and then through the PC software for data display, storage, analysis, or use the communication protocol to read data.

5.PC Software Monitoring

• Controller function of computer monitoring:computer can connect with PC software for 24 hours continuous real-time monitoring concentration, automatic storage data, the computer alarm (need speakers), or read the data stored in probes and analyse data.
• It can display the maximum, minimum, average, real time curve, history curve, and other functions, export or print the data.
